Yukon Premier Pat Duncan's notes used at a press conferenceon March 14 explaining:
1) the potential impact of the 2001 census on transfer payments from the federal government;
2) an explanation of the fee increases.
 We want your ideas about developing the Yukon’s information technology sector. Why? You may help find ways to
